Arrested July 21, 2007, in Florida and charged with battery and resisting arrest.
Convicted in 2004 for fraudulently obtaining prescription painkillers. In 2005, while on probation for that offense, was charged with driving under the influence. Was found not guilty of the DUI charge, but guilty of driving on a suspended license.
On September 30, 2008, began a 60-day jail sentence after being convicted of probation violation.
