Biography

Mike Catapano is a SAG-AFTRA Actor and Producer of several successful programs on multiple networks. Born and raised in Middletown, NJ, Mike has appeared in over 50 productions, including lead roles in both full length independent and short student films, as well as featured talent in several high profile television shows and films. Mike has also acted as principle talent for commercials and provided Lead Voice-Over work for the 2010 Mexico International Film Festival's Golden Palm Award winning documentary "Beyond the Light." Aside from acting, Mike has worked behind the lens in many capacities ranging from Writer to Co-Supervising Producer. He also has a passion for directing talent and location scouting across the US. Currently, Mike is working on a few exciting concepts in the food and travel space, with Good Food America Season 2 debuting this month! A Graduate with Honors from the Rutgers' School of Communication, Information, and Library Studies, Mike simply loves to entertain others and can not wait to share his projects with the world.

Mike holds three high school track and field records for the shot put alongside former Clemson standout Derek Gilson.

Mike attended Rutgers University where he graduated with honors from the Rutgers School of Communication, Information, and Library Studies. There, he was a member of the Sigma Pi Fraternity and Bartender at Old Queens Tavern.

Mikes father, Michael Catapano, has been in a successful band called Chailo for the past 4 decades. They had several records produced and appeared on the Billboard 100 new artists list for their release of "Lets Skate." The song was recently featured on a disco compilation from the UK called "The Soul of Disco Volume 3".
