Electronics and Communications Engineer, graduated from the "Instituto Tecnologico de la Laguna", where he is currently President of the Doctoral Faculty Board. Master of Science and PhD in Bioelectronics by the Cinvestav, has a postdoc in Artificial Intelligence in Medicine at California State University, Long Beach and is a member of the "Sistema Nacional de Investigadores". He has won twice the Socialization of Science Award from the Government of Mexico City. He studied Film Direction and Line Producer at Raleigh Studios in Hollywood, California and has two Première Mondiale in Festival de Cannes, France.
