Marcos Loayza born in 1959, in La Paz Bolivia. He studied architecture in La Paz and attended The International School of Cinema and Video of San Antonio de de los Baños, Cuba. He was a student of Alfredo Bryce Ecgenique, Jean Claude Carriere and José Sanchis Siniestra. He started his career with acknowledged activities in video and television.
