Biography

Marc Chouen was born in Jackson Heights, New York. He is of French, Peruvian, Italian, Polish, English, Russian, and German descent. Chouen didn't start acting until he was 15 years old while attending West Islip High School. His first play was "Story Theatre". Upon graduating high school, he went to college at Long Island University C.W. Post where he majored in Communications. It was there where he developed his skill set for producing. He created his first film "Mistold Story" which he also starred in. From there, Chouen started to do more film work. He then produced and starred in "The Alone". After a few stints of community theater in Long Island, Chouen finally moved to New York City where he has landed roles in shows like "Evil Lives Here" and has done commercial work as well. He then partnered up with oh Deer! Productions as a producer to start developing a TV series called "The Circle".

Nicknamed "The Chouen and Only" as play on words from "The One and Only". It has been used as a way to help people pronounce his last name.

Works with a group called Team Rise Together, which is a group of friends of different backgrounds in the entertainment industry. They often work together on various projects on some magnitude. They will even help each other land a gig by recommendations.

Auditioned for two different roles for Prison Break: Sequel.

Is a big fan of the New York Jets.

Is very close with his family. Makes it a point to go back home to Long Island at least once a month to spend some time with them.

Attended Ensemble Theatre Community School immediately after graduating high school in 2004.

Very first acting role was at the age of 15 in a school play called Story Theatre.

Took up acting after a surgical procedure prevented him from playing on the high school football team.

His mother is a teacher for hair and makeup.

Broke his left pinky playing football in high school. To this day it has never healed.
