Magda was a first cousin, once removed, of Annette Lantos (born Tilleman), the wife of U.S. Congressman Tom Lantos , of California. Her mother and Annette were first cousins.
Magda Gabor was born Magdolna Gabor in Budapest, Austria-Hungary, the daughter of Vilmos Gabor (born Farkas Mikls Grn) and Jolie Gabor , Countess de Szigethy (born Janka Tilleman). Her parents were both from Jewish families. Her paternal grandparents were Salamon Grn and Rozlia Kluger. Her maternal grandparents, originally from Ukraine, were Jn Hersch Tilleman and Chawe Feige Reinharz.
Passed away only 2 months after the death of her mother Jolie Gabor.
Had a severe stroke in 1966 that left her paralyzed and unable to speak.
