Biography

Loran Alan Davis is an American composer and conductor. Born on December 2, 1958 in Linthicum MD, he studied music at the Peabody Conservatory and Penn State University. Mr. Davis has composed over 100 compositions including film scores, symphonies, various ensemble pieces, and works for electronic media. He is also a frequent collaborator for songwriter Don Brinser. In 2016, Loran completed his Symphony No.3, and served as an associate producer on SCORE: A Film Music Documentary. He resides in Hagerstown MD.
