Lee Howard Born Dukinfield Greater Manchester. He worked on the Manchester entertainment scene in the early 1990's as a performer and producer, he then moved to London and Brighton, he went on to Produce such shows as the Rocky Horror Show and the Blues Brothers. After studying film, photography and media Lee began working with some great artist such as Meatloaf, Bon Jovi, Terry Jones plus many more. He then partnered with Gemma Lawman to form the North Wales film company Best Picture Film Limited. He wrote and Directed the British comedy movie Womble that starred Johnny Vegas, Bruce Jones, Steven Arnold and Jimmy Cricket, Lee is the first person to cast a person with Aspergers to play a lead role of someone with the condition. He also wrote and Directed Ghost Train,Swingers Series, Evicted and First Love. Lee Howard also Directs music video's for Canned Media, and has produced some amazing video such as Hold Me Now by Black Lace star Dene Michael and Wheatus and SJL Never be Mine. Lee lives in North Wales with his wife Gemma, and three children.

Lee based the style of his movie Womble on the shooting style of Rita, Sue and Bob Too, and then later cast Black Lace star Dene Michael in a role as a homage to the films Influence, Dene appeared in Rita,Sue and Bob Too with black lace singing Were having a gang bang.
Lees Inspiration for Ghost Train was when he was 17, he was waiting at a train station in Huddersfield, UK for the midnight train, and a guard told him a story about a Ghost Train that would travel the line. 27 years later Lee told the tale in his short film. All the character names are named after family members and his middle name and the middle name of his then girlfriend who he had been visiting when on the station.
