A Philadelphia Rythem and Blues quintet that specialized in ballads, that formed in 1953, comprised of Lee Andrews . In 1959, after touring, the group disbanded but Lee Andrews performed with other groups and some known as "The Hearts" including one as a family affair with Lee, his wife Jackie, son Ahmir, and daughter Dawn in 1971. The group reunited in 1999 for a PBS TV Special, "Doo Wop 50".
