American actress, Lauren Byrnes, is from Aspen, Colorado. Lauren first fell in love with acting when she saw the Fiddler on the roof at the age of 11. Right away she got heavily involved with church productions and theater at school. College was the real 'ah ha' moment. She was on stage performing in Picasso at the Lapin Agile, and was so into it, that she forgot there was an audience. At the same time in her life, she found snowboarding. Lauren took 5 years off her "plans" in life and became a snowboarder. Yet after all the fun, she got that call to act again. She now has a great foundation and is chugging away towards her goals. One of her goals was to have a try at all the job's on set, so that she would be more of an asset then a hindrance. So she has done everything from being a pa to, crafty, stand in, art department, casting, boom, grips, 2nd AD, 1st AD, and even wrote and directed a commercial. She believes that the best way to appreciate everyone and what they do is to try it yourself. When she's not acting, you can find her at Runyon canyon with her dog. She also has been doing salsa for 6 years. An avid learner, First up, to take a stunt driving class to learn how to do a j turn, to write a book, and to learn how to play ice hockey, which she is currently learning she just suck's at the skating part. Also after taking jujitsu for 3 years she is looking to take another martial arts class, yet undecided as to which one.
Lauren was a snowboard instructor in Aspen Colorado.
Lauren owns a 100 lb Doberman Pincher named after pro snowboarder Keir Dillon.
Lauren was bitten by a shark on 11-11-2011, at 11am while staying in hotel room 1111.
