Biography

Kristin Mothersbaugh is an actress from a small farm in Ionia, Missouri, USA, where she started making films with her brother Dustin R. Mothersbaugh when they were both very young. Their passion carried into adulthood, and the two formed their own independent film and media production company called "3 Corner's Productions." Kristin studied acting, theatre, and film with a serious dedication all through middle school, high school, and college before moving to Los Angeles, California, where she now resides. Kristin has wrote, starred in, and produced her own staged one woman show "Get Over Yourself" and has appeared in a few commercials and many independent films. In addition, she writes and performs sketch comedy, stand up, and also recently shot her own self-made short film entitled "Passage." She is currently studying at the Brian Reise Acting Studio, Groundlings Improvisation School, and is taking Perdekamp Emotional Method classes. She embraces and is inspired by roles of female heroes in fantasy and adventure stories, complex vulnerability, and quirky character-based comedy which she hopes to continue to bring more of into the worlds of film and television.
