Kevin Frakes is the CEO of PalmStar Media, a motion picture finance and production company. Kevin founded PalmStar in 2001 while an undergraduate at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts where he received a BFA in film and television production. Kevin also has an MBA from Yale University. Kevin lives in Los Angeles with his wife and daughter.
