In the King of the Hill episode Are you there God? Its me, Margaret Hill, Kathy Najimys character Peggy impersonates a nun to get a teaching job at a Catholic school. When Hank finds out, he says At least when Whoopi Goldberg did it she was avoiding gangsters, in reference to the 1992 movie Sister Act. Najimy was also in Sister Act as a nun.

Kathy Najimy was a contestant on a 1986 episode of The New $25,000 Pyramid. Her celebrity partners that week were Constance McCashin of Knots Landing, along with LeVar Burton. She lost both games and never made it to the Winners Circle. This episode aired on October 5th, 2017. The original air date is unknown.

Appeared on the "The $25,000 Pyramid" where she won a Commodore 64 home computer but no money.
