Born Justin Erin van Thijn-Kelly in the North York neighborhood of Toronto, Canada. Justin has spent his entire adult life working in film and television; getting his start at the age of 19 working as an assistant accountant on big budget shows while he financed, wrote, produced and directed his own indie productions. He still lives, breathes and produces films in Toronto.
Member of The Directors Guild Of Canada and representative of the production caucus on the executive board 2013-.
He is the second actor on "Degrassi: The Next Generation" , who was previously a main character on "The Latest Buzz" . (First was Munro Chambers ).
His first acting gig was in a Honeycombs cereal commercial.
He can play the bass guitar.
