American actress
Anglo-Irish silent screen actress, who specialised in playing vamps. She was first on stage from 1914 at the Winter Garden Theatre in New York. At the end of her motion picture career in 1924, she performed on the Orpheum Circuit in vaudeville for another year, then left show business altogether.
