Julia Campanelli is an award-winning American actress known for her starring role in NBCUniversal's remake of Francis Ford Coppola's Dementia 13 , Shelter Film's 116, Kill The Monsters, The Equalizer, and ABC's One Life To Live. She is also known for playing the pivotal lead role of Hecate in the award-winning Off Broadway sensation Sleep No More. In addition to acting, Julia is a director, writer and producer of film and theatre. She is the Executive Director/Founder of Shelter Film, an independent film company created to provide opportunities for female filmmakers. Julia is also the Founder and Artistic Producing Director of Shelter Theatre Group, a non-profit theatre company dedicated to equality on stage, through gender-blind, age-blind, and color-blind casting.
