British blues-rock band formed in 1969 (after the demise of [a=The Misunderstood]) by vocalist [a=Ray Owen], steel guitarist [a=Glenn Ross Campbell], and saxophone player [a=Chris Mercer]. The group later recruited guitarist [a=Neil Hubbard], bassist [a=Keith Ellis], and drummer [a=Pete Dobson].
