Writer / Director / Producer Jonathan Ostos Yaber, has screened his films in more than 300 festivals around the world including Cannes, Berlin, SXSW, Annecy, Morelia, receiving numerous awards including the Simona Gesmundo Prize for Best Animation, awarded by UNESCO and the Italian Academy, Coup De Coeur NFB/C at Cannes Film Festival and nominated for Best Animated Short Film at the Hollywood Film Awards. In 2014 he was the image around the world for Cerveza Sol campaign "Espíritu Libre" as an independent Filmmaker. In that same year he screened Soy Fuego at Cannes, a short film he produced during his residency at Newark's Art Gallery "Solo.
