Was nominated for Broadways 1994 Tony Award as Best Actor (Featured Role - Musical) for a revival of "She Loves Me."

Was the voice of the notorious villain Jafar in Disneys 1992 animated feature Aladdin and reprised the role in the 1994 sequel, The Return of Jafar.
