Got his start in voice-overs in 1979 in an "I Dont Get No Respect" talent contest in NY. There was a talent scout in the audience who hired him on the spot. Did stand-up comedy for a few years.
Is a former NY firefighter.
Is a former skydiver and avid motorcycle enthusiast. Has been in over 10 car accidents, without receiving any injuries, three of which the cars were totaled, and none of the accidents were his fault or cause.
Has been awarded two National EMMY awards while working with Turner Studios in Atlanta, Georgia, and has a long list of additional awards including CINE, International Monitor, Houston International Film Festival and Telly awards.
