I hold pageants for kids who are sick or disabled where every child,leaves as a winner. It is called the "Pageant of Hope". We focus on,self esteem and self confidence. We dress them up, teach them the,pageant walk, fix their hair and make-up, and carry out the entire,pageant process. At the end of the day, we crown every child- boy or,girl- a title such as "Best Dressed" or "Most Confident". It has been,proven that raising overall well being and self esteem can boost these,children in to remission faster. These children are more beautiful and,heroic than any person I have ever met. .
