Jeff was born in Oakland and grew up in Fresno, California. Jeff made his first acting appearance in the Joey Travolta directed movie, "Zombie High". In his spare time he enjoys camping, surfing, horseback riding, riding his classic motorcycle and spending time with his family. He's married, and he is the father of Tyler Smith.
