Jeff Poindexter, originally from the small town of Grapevine, Texas, moved into the suburban Northern California city of Granite Bay where he then spent a majority of his childhood developing his love and passion for the art of film. His love for film began at around the age of 4 when he first saw the films 'Jurassic Park' and its sequel, 'The Lost World: Jurassic Park', and from then on became obsessed with movie making, from knowing the technical aspects that went into making these films, to the people involved, which during his young adult years made the final determination that he wanted to spend his life as an independent filmmaker. As of October 2014, Jeff has 2 short films in the early stages of development which he hopes will bring him further recognition.

Favorite film: Jurassic Park.
Jeff has a passionate hobby of collection films (DVD/Blu-ray).
Over the years, Jeff developed mass inspiration to go the independent filmmaking route, mostly credited to James D. Rolfe, whom Jeff had the pleasure of meeting at the premiere of Rolfes first feature length film, Angry Video Game Nerd: The Movie.
