Belgian singer/songwriter, born October 2, 1941 in Verviers, died March 12, 2014 in Clermont-sur-Berwinne. He represented Belgium for the Eurovision Song Contest in 1970 with the song Viens L'oublier, and in 1978 with the song "L'amour ça fait chanter la vie. Jean Vallée was made Knight in the Order of the Crown by HM Albert II in 1999.
