Librarian and art collector amassed an extensive collection of avant-garde materials that document the Dada and Surrealist art movements and their offshoots, especially Fluxus, mail art, and concrete poetry, printed matter and ephemera, clippings, art objects, sound recordings, motion pictures, and video recordings, now held at the Getty Research Institute.
