Has been a member of The Manhattan Transfer since its inception in 1972.
Has released 5 solo albums: "Experiment in White", "At Home", "Short Stories", "Slow Hot Wind" and "The Tender trap". These were done in conjuction to her work with The Manhattan Transfer.
Has won a Grammy Award for her vocal arrangements for the groups redition of the hit jazz song "Birdland".
