Chinese composer and teacher born 1933 in Zhu Ji area of Zhejian province. Was the Deputy Head of Chinese Music Department of the Shanghai Conservatory of Music and as an executive member of the Chinese Composers' Association and of the general comittee of the Shangai Branch.
