Biography

Hassan El Fad is a Moroccan comedian born on 24 November 1962 in Casablanca. He is known for its innovative ideas and unusual characters. Along with a background in interior architecture and visual arts, Hassan El Fad maintains his love for music by playing the saxophone. Casablanca was the main source of inspiration and fascination in his life and his sense of humor that characterizes him. His first one-man show Ninja is revealing in this regard. In 1999, his first collaboration with the Moroccan TV channel RTM covers twelve sketches aired during the month of Ramadan titled Oujhi F'oujhek. Following the success of these sketches, Hassan El Fad remain one of Ramadan figures to appear in other television programs . After taking classes at the Conservatory of Music and Theatre in Casablanca, Hassan El Fad began his career as an actor for Moroccan 2M channels and Al Aoula. Helped by veterans of the conservatory, his first real success is to have participated in the creation of an operetta as part of a national holiday in 1988. Then immediately, it is the turn of the TV to take over. Contacted by a director of the TVM, now Hassan invests the small screen in a series of four dramas for three seasons. In 1991, he continues with the recent launch of 2M with the animation of a program whose title is "Le samedi du rire." 2M but at the time "the private channel still had not touched the audience and hoped it was the beginning of disillusionment in popularity." So his experience is very short at 2M, a season and then goes away. It is "Yarit", film of Hassan Benjelloun that launches his film carrier. In 1993 it was the turn of "Lumières", a short film by Omar Chraïbi to begin the series of short films. But it is with "Fabula" another short film by Chraïbi Omar that Hassan won an award at the 5th national film festival and won the award for the Best Short Film Actor. He also plays in "Destin de femme" by Hakim Noury. But also in "Mona Saber" by Abdelhay El Iraki and "Les 401 coups" by the same director. Then we find Hassan in "Ali, Rabia and other" Ahmed Boulan. After his first one-man show "Ninja" with the public, the actor begun specializing in comedy shows such as "Canal 36", "Canal Ci BiBi" or "Chanily TV". In 2005, Hassan El Fad has another one-man show "Doctor escargot". In 2009, "Hassan O Rbaâto" present a show with many traditional artists drawn directly from the Jemaa El Fna. In 2010, El Fad works with the director Abdelhak Chaâbi to create "Fad TV" series, a parody sketch of 30 episodes. Hassan works for the first time with young actors including Badia Senhaji, Fouad Saad-Allah, Hamid Morchid, Osama Mahmoud Ghadfi and Moroccan singer Said Moskir. In 2011, Hassan El Fad works with the operator Wana Corporate and create "Bayn Show", a series as Quiz TV, and broadcast on YouTube and on channel 2M.
