He is the founder of Two Hawk Employment Services.
He is descended from Henry Berry Lowrie. Ironically, he performed as Lowrie in Pembrokes outdoor play "Strike At The Wind".
Harvey graduated from Pembroke Senior High School in 1972 and University of North Carolina at Pembroke in 1991.
