Born May 11, 1944 and holding an LLB from La Salle University, Gabe has been on his own in business since the age of 24. He began his film career in 1977 when he invested in Special Effects Unlimited, Inc., where he partnered with the late Joe Lombardi, an icon in Special Effects, and together over a 20 year period they built SEU into the largest special effects company in the Film Business. Their body of work, award winning special effects careers, and film involvements include some of the biggest and most successful films ever made. In 2002, Gabe left full-time work in special effects to pursue independent producing and in 2004 released his first official film as Executive Producer of the feature length documentary and award winning film "The Conscientious Objector". He continues assisting Studios and Producers in evaluating projects and recommending special effects teams for Motion Pictures and Television, but devotes most of his time to film development, producing, supporting careers, and participation in Film Industry issues. He is a member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences and public speaker to the collegiate community.
