Austrian actress
Blond Austrian actress of the 1930s and 40s, formerly a bank teller and kindergarten teacher. She was trained in Vienna as an actress and dancer. Czepa served as director of the Vienna Stadttheater (1940-45). Her post-war career was briefly put on hold after she was identified as having been a Nazi sympathizer.
Along with Oskar Sima, Fred Hennings and Leni Riefenstahl she was identified as being an active supporter of the Nazi Party.
Because of her Nazi links, she received a professional ban following the Second World War but slowly rebuilt her career.
