Biography

Frank trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art directed by Lana and Lilly Wachowski. He next filmed the pilot for A.M.C.'s 'Fear the Walking Dead', playing the lead role of Nick Clark. The show was a huge success and he has subsequently appeared in all three seasons. During the hiatus between Seasons one and two, he filmed the lead role of Alex Harmann in 'Astral', directed by Chris Mul, due for release later this year.

Son of actor Stephen Dillane and actress Naomi Wirthner.

He graduated from Michael Hall School in East Sussex in June 2009.

He is biracial.

He has has naturally brown eyes, and had to wear blue colored contacts for his role as Tom Riddle, in Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince.

He has a younger brother named Seamus.

Studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (London) where he did a 3-year Bachelor of Arts in acting (2010-2013).

To prepare himself for the role of Nick Clark in Fear the Walking Dead he carried about Thomas De Quincys 1821 autobiography "Confessions of an English Opium-eater".

He is lead singer and bass guitarist for his band Tinker Wright.
