Francesco Felli was born and still lives in Rome. He has studied Piano, Painting and Photography since he was a child. In 2005, He realized his first, self-produced short movie "Delitto o Giustizia? " starring Carlo Delle Piane and Stefania Sandrelli. Furthermore, Felli studied Law at "Terza Universita' di Roma" and got a degree in Law in 2008
