Fernando Penaloza was born on September 21,1990 in Merced, California He is a Production Designer, known for High Stakes . He is also a Scenic Designer in Theater and has worked on such productions as Sweeney Todd, To Kill A Mockingbird, and Avenue Q at California State University, Northridge. He graduated from California State University, Northridge in 2014 with a B.A. in Film Production.
