Attracted publicity in the 1970s when she reported about her negative experiences with the Osho-Rajneesh movement during a journey in India.
Was the daughter of a Danish industrialist and a French mother. She grew up as an orphan from 1947 and was educated at convent schools.
Studied acting in Berlin and made her theatrical debut at the Boulevardtheater in 1961. Her casting in Playgirl led to an appearance in a leading role in the spy thriller Funeral in Berlin . The following year, she married one of the the stars, the actor Paul Hubschmid (divorced 1980). She acted in several international productions during the 1970s. Her career petered out in the 80s, except for a few guest roles on television.
