She was 102 years old when she died and is survived by two daughters, four grand children,four great-grand children and one great, great- grand child.
One of the few female screenwriters to work steadily in the studio system through the 1940s.
Was an associate to the founding members of the Screen Writers Guild West as well as a charter member of what is now known as the Interguild Federal Credit Union.
