Emjay Anthony was born to Trisha and Michael Salazar on June 1, 2003 in Clearwater Beach, Florida. After living a rather normal active family life, he began modeling and was selected for a Werther's Candy national commercial at the age of 4. When Emjay was 5 years old, his family relocated to California where his parents were originally from. Sage is his only sibling who is ten years older. Within the first year of arriving back in California, in 2008, an open audition for _It's Complicated . Chef is set for release on Mother's Day, May 8, 2014. Emjay enjoys playing air soft, riding his dirt bike and his BMX bike with his dad when he is not working or schooling.
Emjay and his older sister, Sage, are 10 years apart.
Emjay was born in Florida where he started his acting career at age 4 in a Werthers Candy Commercial. He moved to California when he was 6 and landed the role of Pedro through an open audition. When not in school or working Emjay enjoys his dirt bike and his PS3.
Emjay studio tested for the role of Aiden Lucas in Ghost Whisperer but the role went to an older actor.
After making his debut in the 2009 film Its Complicated , Emjay took over a year and a half off from the business to concentrate on his schooling.
(March 2012) Emjay will be on the CBS lot shooting Applebaum through the Spring and Summer of 2012.
