Producer, Director, Writer, Actor, Painter, Musician, Buddhist Ellis Byers III grew up in Louisiana along with the family newspaper publishing business and artistry of his parents. He painted watercolor, pen & ink along with videography and photography. After regional theater performances as a teen in the South, he moved to New York City exploring illustrative & creative writing, poetry, painting, and acting. Elly eventually landed the role as Huckleberry Finn in a European theater tour. Ellis, also known as elly belly since 1991, has produced and / or participated in multiple capacities along with playing characters in over 200 productions of theatre, movies, commercials, television, and film. He is the CEO of Viabelly Arts and has coined the word Adventumentary and in 1999 released his first low resolution prototype version of his Adventumentary entitled Labor of Love. Ellis is also known for his healing and bodywork around the world. Some of the places he's lived and worked include: Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Louisiana, New York, Oregon, Colorado, Hawaii, Caribbean, Europe, Egypt, Ukraine, Sarajevo, and California. In his whereabouts, he has extensively volunteered in the realm of humanistic Buddhist education for 17 years learning and teaching in the realm of Buddhism.
