Elizabeth Kaitan was born on July 19, 1960 in Hungary. She was brought to New York City by her mother at the age of eight. Kaitan moved to Manhattan at age 18 in order to fulfill her lifelong ambition of being an actress in motion pictures. She studied her craft at the New York Academy of Theatrical Arts and was a member of the repertory company the American Theatre of Arts for several years .
Moved from Hungary to the United States at age eight.
Was a model for the Brenda Kay Agency in New York City in the early 1980s.
She currently goes by the name of Elizabeth Ruiz; she married a Los Angeles sheriffs deputy and serves as the long-time secretary to conservative activist David Horowitz.
Appears on the poster of Splatter University even though she is not in the film.
