With his unique talent and exceptional abilities, vocal sensation Dima Bilan commanded the world's attention in May 2006 when he represented Russia at _The Eurovision Song Contest 's treasure violin from 1697. Internationally famous Evgeny Plyushchenko is the seven-time National Champion, five-time European Champion, three-time World Champion, 2006 Winter Olympics gold medalist, and four-time Grand Prix Final gold medalist. Won The Eurovision Song Contest for Russia on May 24th in Belgrade, Serbia. This was Russias first win since it began participating in the Eurovision in 1994. Dima sang the English-language song "Believe", which he co-authored with James Washington .

Boyfriend of Russian model Elena Kuletskaya. Dima and Elena first met at an airport in Paris in early 2006, where they were introduced by a mutual acquaintance, Dimas manager Yana Rudkovskaya. They have been an inseparable couple since then, and are often seen together at major celebrity events in Russia. [February 2010].
