Deborah was born in Upminster, Essex to Yvette .
Graduated from Staffordshire University in 2010 with BA Hons in Drama, Performance and Theatre Arts.
She has one sister, who is a nurse.
Her favourite actress is Caroline Quentin.
Is a qualified massage therapist.
Is a singer and has passed her grade five classical and grade six musical theatre exams.
Has worked in a spa for two and a half years as a massage therapist.
At the age of 24 while performing as a choir member in Pilot Theatres Blood and Chocolate in York in 2013, she discovered she had gallstones and needed to have her gallbladder removed. She missed 3 performances in the second week of shows but was able to perform on the final night.
Attended Stagecoach Theatre School in Harrogate from ages thirteen to sixteen. Upon leaving she was invited to work as a teaching assistant for the early learners.
Was bitten by the theatre bug aged thirteen when she was scouted at her Stagecoach theatre school and invited to be a member of the choir for West End star Peter Karrie while performing at the Bradford Alhamabra. Peter Karrie was so impressed he invited her whole stagecoach school to perform with him at the Grand Opera House in York.
First on screen kiss was with actor and director Sam Fountayne on Hello, My Name Is Simon .
Got to meet one of her idols, David Tennant , on her 27th birthday while filming Mad to Be Normal .
