David Lewis is the director and supervisor of the Howard Ray Film and Television Transport Company. Film and Television transport supplier based in the United Kingdom. Transportation services for the industry include the supply of minibuses and coaches, for a range of departments varying from Crowd, to Assistant Directors and Production.
After finding his partner James Whale floating dead in the swimming pool of their Santa Monica home, Lewis did not disclose Whales suicide note until close to the time of his own death.
