Christopher Dietrick was born in Indianapolis, Indiana and is the eldest son of Julia and Chris Dietrick Sr. He is a classically trained actor based in Los Angeles, and graduated from the Stella Adler Art of Acting Studio's Professional Conservatory. Prior to acting, Christopher sold industrial manufacturing equipment in the Midwest, and was a college athlete and Nike High School All-American.
He ran both Cross Country and Track & Field at DePauw University in Greencastle, IN. He was captain his senior year.
Christopher played four varsity sports (Cross Country, Track & Field, Basketball, and Baseball) at Bishop Chatard High School on the northside of Indianapolis.
Christopher still holds the school record at DePauw University for the indoor 800m. And he qualified for the 2010 NCAA Indoor National Championships and finished 12th in the country for the 800m.
Christopher was a member of the 2006 Indiana 4x800m relay team which broke the all-time Indiana State Record (7:41.56), and was a 2x Nike All-American.
