Has two daughters with his wife, Emma. Charlie (b. 2005) and Scarlet (b. 2008).

Previous employment were working in a store and a child care worker.

Learned guitar from John Cupit until early high school and studied Jazz at Box Hill Tafe with Mario Latvada from 1994-1995.

Also plays bass, drums and a little bit of banjo

Says his best song is "Nothing Lasts Forever" from the State Of Emergency album (released February 2006).

Claims to have over 12 guitars.

Has never done a cover song on any of The Living Ends albums. The only covers hes done are on B-side tracks to some of The Living Ends singles and Evie Parts 1 & 3 by Stevie Wright with tribute band The Wrights.

Often writes all the songs on the albums he releases with The Living End. Although sometimes there is one or two tracks which are written by bass player Scott Owen in which Chris is credited with as a co-writer on.

Chris is known in 2 bands. The Living End with current members, Scott Owen (upright bass and vocals) and Andy Strachan. He was also part of tribute band The Wrights. A tribute to Stevie Wright of The Easybeats.

Went to the same high school, Wheelers College, as his band mate Scott Owen when they decided to make a band at the end of their senior years in high school. After they got a drummer, Chris and Scott formed The Runaway Boys who were a cover band doing Stray Cats songs.

Attended Jells Park Primary School in Wheelers Hill, in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

With The Living End, he recorded the song Rising Sun for a tribute album to Cold Chisel. They even recorded a video clip which can be found on YouTube, which they released in an email to their fan base.

With The Living End, he recorded a song called Resurrection Shuffle with Jimmy Barnes for his album Double Happiness.

Recently kicked off a solo career. Featured a cover of Crowded House song, "Distant Sun" on tribute album He Will Have His Way: The Songs of Tim and Neil Finn. He also wrote a Christmas song called "Street Parade" Myers The Spirit of Christmas 2010 album.
