Actor Charles Meredith had the requisite good looks to become a popular silent film leading man. Tall, dark and exceedingly good-looking with distinctive high-parted hair, he played opposite 'Blanche Sweet' series. He died at age 70 in 1964.
Third wife Margaret Muse began her career in local stage productions in Dallas where the couple met. She appeared in many plays directed by him before they moved to California in the late 40s.
