Biography

Bryan is producing the feature documentaries _The Human Trial and reviews grant applications for the Sundance Institute's Documentary Film Program. From 2010 to 2012, he programmed Outfest, the longest-running film festival in Los Angeles, and screened feature documentaries for the Sundance Film Festival. From 2006-2009 he worked in the documentary department at Participant Media where he worked closely with filmmakers and Participant's internal marketing and social action departments on the company's slate of award-winning feature documentaries including An Inconvenient Truth, Food, Inc., Darfur Now, Angels in the Dust, Pressure Cooker, Chicago 10, Jimmy Carter Man From Plains, and Standard Operating Procedure. From 2002 to 2005, he worked at Hyde Park Entertainment developing studio films for MGM, Disney, Sony and 20th Century Fox. He began his career as a PA on the Newman Scoring Stage on the Fox studio lot. He has served on several film festival juries and film awards committees and participated in panels at film festivals and conferences covering issues related to documentary production, marketing and distribution.
