Biography

Brittney Irvin was born on November 10th, 1984 in Vancouver, B.C., Canada. She began dancing ballet when she was 6-years-old and, shortly after, started taking music more seriously and began singing in festivals. She decided she wanted to start acting, too. When she turned ten, she claimed roles in two musicals, "Show Boat" and "A Christmas Carol". Shortly thereafter, she did voice work in the television series, _"Nilus the Sandman" .

She is generally called "Britt" by her friends and co-stars and co-workers at The Ocean Group. She has also typically been credited as "Britt Irvin" almost exclusively rather than "Brittney Irvin" in most of her Film and Television work work since 2003. However, she is still sometimes billed as "Brittney Irvin" in some of her voice work for anime and cartoons.

Has one younger brother, Craig.

Has worked with at least three people who were in "The Santa Clause" trilogy starring Tim Allen. She worked with Judge Reinhold in Thanksgiving Family Reunion (aka "National Lampoons Holiday Reunion"), Wendy Crewson in Jack (2006/I) , Fred Ewanuick (who plays a small role in The Santa Clause 2 ) in Absolute Zero , and Elizabeth Mitchell (who played "Principal Newman" in The Santa Clause 2 and The Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause ) in ABCs remake of the 1980s miniseries, "V" .

Is the only person, ever, to voice a character in a cartoon series remake that had been previously voiced by June Foray in the original series. She provides the voice of "Ursula" in the new "George of the Jungle" series on the Cartoon Network, a character which had previously been voiced by Foray in the 1960s.

Is a fan of Edward Norton and Jodie Foster.
