I dare anyone not to admire the well-researched scope of this book. The tiny writing gave me a headache, though, and I have a low tolerance for characters expounding for page upon page about...

Simply incredible. Footnotes help you along with the insane historical details, but perhaps the best part of the book is the epilogue, as Alan Moore summarizes a history of Ripperology in comic form, showing how people have tried to capitalize on an unsolved case that will probably forever remain unsolved, even indicting himself in the process.
