This was a really good book! Extremely interesting (despite the wildly soporific title).

Death and taxes are the two gurantees of life. So why not tackle one of he biggest issues today.

Not that I've read them all, but the readability and sheer volume of interesting tax history and facts makes this the best of any that I have read. Adams explained things I'd heard of, but didn't understand, as well as introducing new information.
