Bing Chen is a digital media pioneer and entrepreneur. He is a founding architect behind the multi-billion dollar global digital creator and influencer ecosystem as YouTube's Global Head of Creator Development & Management. There, he was responsible for the global creator program strategy with more than cross-functional business units, in addition to several groundbreaking initiatives that engaged more than million content creators worldwide-from musicians to filmmakers, chefs to beauty gurus. Bing co-founded and co-led ventures such as the global expansion and evolution of the YouTube Partner Program; the company's marquee talent incubator, YouTube NextUp; more than a dozen major product launches including Watch Time ; foundational creator support services and major creator communications systems; and programs to elevate YouTube's top native stars to superstardom.
